Since i’ve been living in rural Georgia, there have been seemingly noticeable challenges for me as a visual artist. I felt i need to be in bigger cities to create images thus representing “ the perception” of my life. I would have limitless places to capture and many, many people from different cultural backgrounds would represent my visual appeal, this is what i thought.
Living in a very small town, i am forced to be more creative and my approach has been altered due to it’s slower pace. Please don’t get me wrong, i love street photography in bigger cities but nowadays i appreciate my style more now because of the intention behind the images and videos i make today.
